About
During my participation in the National Student Advertising Competition at St. Johns University, I spent 9 months eating, sleeping and breathing the Pizza Hut challenge to design a creative advertising strategy in order to bring Pizza Hut’s share of digital orders to 75% of total orders by the end of 2015. Through an extensive process I collected data to better understand the problem, developed strategies to address it and came up with a creative, cost effective and wholly executable recommendation that will not only solve the problem, but will lay the foundation for an ongoing, sustainable program to encourage online ordering and create a brand community to support future initiatives. My teammates and I did this with a reasonable budget and a media plan that is measurable and scalable across the campaign calendar and beyond. After competing against over 200 hundred schools and placing first in our district finals, our team moved forward to compete in the national finals, which consisted of the top eight schools in the country. Here we ranked third in our presentation and won first place in our plans book.
In addition, my part time job at Skyline Cloud Services demands impeccable customer service and an understanding of the technical side of cloud computing. This job also required skills in sales and marketing.
